Katarina started her path with coaching early on in her career. After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, she continued her education and now has a Master’s of Marriage and Family Therapy. This background and experience allows her to take a well-rounded, empathetic, and goal oriented approach to therapy.
Katarina’s approach to coaching aims to work within a client’s already established framework. She believes everyone has the tools to succeed, it just takes a collaborative effort from the client and the coach to achieve the desired outcomes. Part of this effort entails addressing the mental and emotional blocks we place around tasks or goals we feel are unachievable. Once an objective is reframed as something that is well-within a client’s reach, the real work begins.
This goal oriented approach also includes an empathetic understanding of each client’s unique circumstances and backgrounds. Everyone is different; thus one approach will not fit every client. That is why Katarina also works to adapt her approach to each client to meet them where they are. She believes through a foundation of trust, understanding, and guidance, a client can achieve any task they put their mind to. Through this effort on both the client and Katarina’s part, the client will begin to build on their strengths and broaden their horizons.
