Carolyn’s style is very relational. She has raised four children herself, and knows how difficult it can be at times. She enjoys being able to take over some of the more stressful tasks to free you up to just enjoy your child.
Carolyn has life coach certification through the American University of NLP. She currently divides her time working as life coach for adolescents, college students and young adults, and working as a psychotherapist in Buckhead in Altanta, and in Conyers, Ga. Carolyn works with a broad spectrum of clients. She uses a unique blend of interventions and tools. She offers coaching by phone for your ease and convenience.

She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth and meet the goals they are committed to accomplishing. Carolyn is known for her warmth and nurturing support as well as her extensive training.
Education: MA Argosy University. Carolyn is a former research assistant at Harvard University and is currently taking classes at the Harvard School of Behavioral Health.

Dr. Dave Stone was Carolyn’s Mentor until his death four years ago. He contributed greatly to her professional development. David’s ability to think outside of the box in the areas of methods of delivery of coaching and specifically tailored applications of the use of technology in coaching helped Carolyn develop a cutting edge mindset. David’s friendship and mentorship will be greatly missed.
